We're seeking an experienced Upwork expert to join our team and manage our account on a monthly retainer basis.
In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying and bidding on relevant projects, building client relationships, and helping our company secure new opportunities. Responsibilities:
- Research and identify relevant projects on Upwork in web development, web design, Graphic Design, Animation, Illustration.
- Bid on and secure new projects
- Manage and optimize our Upwork account
- Stay updated on industry trends to refine bidding strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing Upwork accounts and securing projects
- Strong written communication skills.
- Knowledge of graphic design, animation web development and design is a plus.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent negotiation and client management skills.
