• Preparation of full and final settlements of all leaving employees.

• Managing the disbursement of Overtimes, Leave encasement, Loans, Bonuses, Expense  reimbursements and Advance salaries.

• Managing process and submission of statutory payments like, EOBI, Employees social security  (SESSI, PESSI).

• Managing process and submission of withholding tax on salaries of employees.

• Analysing and Coordinating with IT Department for changes / development / enhancement in HRMS as per need and requirement.

• Preparation of multiple reports as per requirements.
