We are seeking a competent and proactive Receptionist and Admin Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in client-facing roles, excellent English communication skills, a bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification, and proficiency in computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and efficiently.
  • Coordinate appointments and maintain calendars for consultants.
  • Assist clients with general inquiries and provide accurate information regarding services offered.
  • Maintain a neat and organized reception area, ensuring all material is current and accessible.
  • Assist in the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Word.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and updating records.
  • Collaborate with consultants and other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing or administrative role.
  • Proficiency in English communication (both verbal and written).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, especially in Microsoft Word.
  • Familiarity with other MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a similar role within the education or migration consultancy industry.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and office management software.
