We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager who has a minimum of 1.5 years of experience in sales management within the truck dispatching industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, building strong client relationships, and leading a successful sales team. This role requires a proactive and motivated individual who can identify new business opportunities, develop sales strategies, and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team, providing guidance and support to drive individual and team success.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through innovative ways.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts, analyzing trends and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
  • Stay informed of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with the sales team, setting goals and providing feedback to foster growth and development

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in a Sales Manager role, specifically within the truck dispatching or logistics industry in the USA.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of truck dispatching, logistics, and transportation services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong leadership qualities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
