We are looking for detail-oriented and motivated individuals to join our team as a Data Entry Specialist. If you have a keen eye for detail, fast typing skills, and a passion for organization, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in our systems and databases.
- Verify and review data for errors, ensuring high levels of accuracy.
- Manage and organize confidential documents efficiently.
- Assist with data reporting and generating summaries as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth data management.
What We’re Looking For:
- Accuracy & Attention to Detail – You have a sharp eye for catching mistakes.
- Fast Typing Skills – Ideally 40+ WPM with high accuracy.
- Basic Tech Knowledge – Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM systems is a plus.
- Strong Work Ethic – You can work independently and meet deadlines.
- Experience Preferred but Not Required – We provide training!
