Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential leads across different industries using various tools and platforms.
  • Reach out to potential leads via email, phone, social media, or other communication channels to introduce The Digital Penguin’s services.
  • Qualify leads by assessing their needs and determining if they’re a good fit for our offerings.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and status in our CRM system.
  • Set up meetings or demos for the sales team to follow up on qualified leads.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align lead generation strategies and ensure consistent messaging.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to enhance lead generation efforts.
  • Assist in the development of lead nurturing strategies to build long-term relationships with prospects.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to engage with potential clients and quickly build rapport.
  • Experience with lead generation tools and CRM systems is a plus, but not required.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
