We are seeking a passionate Customer Service Representative / Intern to join our team and contribute to upholding the highest standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Welcome and assist customers with their product inquiries, ensuring they receive a personalized, luxury shopping experience.
Sales Support: Help process transactions, manage customer returns and exchanges, and support the sales team in meeting store targets.
Customer Feedback: Collect feedback from customers and communicate it to the management team to help improve service and product offerings.
Problem Resolution: Address customer issues or concerns with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring their satisfaction.
Administrative Assistance: Help with administrative tasks such as managing customer orders, processing returns, and updating customer records.
Qualifications and Skills:
A strong interest in retail and customer service.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Polished and professional appearance, with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with customers in a friendly yet professional manner.
Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
A keen interest in fashion, gifting, or home décor is an advantage.
