We seek a dedicated Customer Care Representative to join our Customer Support Department. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for helping others, and the ability to resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional service to customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries, issues, and requests promptly.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our products and services to provide accurate information and customer support.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as Sales and Technical Support.
- Feedback: Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team to improve products and services.
- Training: Assist in training new team members and sharing best practices to enhance team performance.
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
