Chief Financial Officer

As the Chief Financial Officer, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy and direction of the company. You will oversee all financial aspects of the organization, ensuring robust financial planning, reporting, and compliance for Kharian & Arifwala office. The CFO will work closely with the CEO and other executives to drive the company’s growth and operational effectiveness.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽:

Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.

𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁:

Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
Ensure accurate financial analysis and interpretation of financial data.

𝗥𝗶𝘀𝗸 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁:

Identify financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁:

Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁:

Communicate financial performance and strategy to the board of directors, investors, and other stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and partners.

𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆:

Collaborate with other departments to optimize operational efficiency and enhance profitability.
Drive cost control measures and performance improvement initiatives.

𝗜𝗻𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁:

Evaluate and manage the company’s investment portfolio, ensuring optimal returns while managing risk.

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role, preferably in Real Estate Business.
Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.
Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.-Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
Experience with financial software and systems; proficiency in [specific software, if applicable].-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
