  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, ensuring that items such as stationery, paper, and other materials are always available.
  • Report any issues with office equipment to the Office Manager or maintenance team for prompt repair or replacement.
  • Perform additional duties as required by the management to support office operations.
  • Respond to staff requests for assistance with various tasks.
