Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate project teams, comprising engineers, technicians, and subcontractors, by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and facilitating communication.
Identify potential risks and develop proactive strategies to mitigate them, addressing challenges related to permits, weather conditions, and supply chain disruptions.
Oversee quality control processes, ensuring projects meet high standards and comply with all safety guidelines and industry regulations.
Handle the application process for homeowners association approvals, utility permits, and interconnection agreements to facilitate project advancements.
Communicate effectively with installers by calculating material requirements, coordinating delivery schedules, and organizing installation timelines with clients and installers.
Maintain regular communication with clients and stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction.
Schedule final inspections with city, county, or township officials and utilities, and set up monitoring systems for installed solar systems.
Monitor project expenses and track costs to ensure financial adherence to budgets, preparing financial reports and forecasts as necessary.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including project files, permits, contracts, and reports of milestones achieved.
