Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations, ensuring project feasibility aligns with company goals.
  • Lead and coordinate project teams, comprising engineers, technicians, and subcontractors, by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and facilitating communication.
  • Identify potential risks and develop proactive strategies to mitigate them, addressing challenges related to permits, weather conditions, and supply chain disruptions.
  • Oversee quality control processes, ensuring projects meet high standards and comply with all safety guidelines and industry regulations.
  • Handle the application process for homeowners association approvals, utility permits, and interconnection agreements to facilitate project advancements.
  • Communicate effectively with installers by calculating material requirements, coordinating delivery schedules, and organizing installation timelines with clients and installers.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Schedule final inspections with city, county, or township officials and utilities, and set up monitoring systems for installed solar systems.
  • Monitor project expenses and track costs to ensure financial adherence to budgets, preparing financial reports and forecasts as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including project files, permits, contracts, and reports of milestones achieved.
  • Quickly identify and resolve issues that arise during projects, employing effective problem-solving strategies to tackle delays, conflicts, or technical challenges.
