We are looking for an HR Executive to manage our company’s recruiting, learning and development and employee performance programs.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviews, and selection.
- Design compensation and benefits packages
- Implement performance review procedures
- Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
- Manage employees’ grievances
- Measure employee retention and turnover rates
- Maintain accurate HR records, generating insightful reports, and handling administrative tasks meticulously.
- Oversee daily operations of the HR department
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
- Proven HR experience with a comprehensive understanding of labor laws.
- Demonstrable leadership abilities
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and committed to maintaining the highest ethical standards.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to navigate sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
