Job Responsibilities:

  • Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the executives including: managing an extremely active calendar of appointments, update calendars and schedule meetings.
  • Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior staff.
  • Composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential.
  • Arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings.
  • Remains competent and current through self-directed professional reading, developing professional relationships with colleagues, attending professional development seminars, and attending training and/or courses as required by the ED.
  • Be capable of providing information for reports and records through research, data retrieval, compiling, organizing, and presenting the information in useable and understandable formats.
  • Coordinates the flow of incoming communications and outgoing communications 
  • Performs additional duties as assigned by the line manager.
  • Greet and welcome guests/visitors as soon as they arrive at the office and direct them to the appropriate person and/or office.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Capability to coordinate and work with senior staff.
  • Proficient with Microsoft office/suite or similar software.
  • Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping.

Registered in 2008 under the Societies Act 1860, Hunar Foundations took its first batch in January 2010 in premises supplied by Delhi Mercantile Society, Karachi in its DMS School facility.
