We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing content across various social media platforms to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and support business growth. You will play a crucial role in crafting our social media strategy, analyzing campaign performance, and growing our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Social Media Strategy & Planning:

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company’s goals and target audience.
    • Plan and schedule monthly content calendars across multiple social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
    • Identify trends, industry insights, and new platform features to incorporate into our strategy.
  2. Content Creation & Curation:

    • Create and curate engaging, high-quality content (posts, stories, graphics, videos, etc.) that resonates with our target audience.
    • Collaborate with the design and video production teams to create visually compelling content.
    • Write copy for social media posts, captions, and ad creatives, ensuring the brand voice is consistent.
  3. Community Engagement:

    • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and maintain an active presence on social media.
    • Build relationships with influencers, brand advocates, and relevant online communities.
    • Encourage user-generated content, contests, polls, and other interactive campaigns to increase engagement.
  4. Social Media Advertising:

    • Manage paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to drive traffic, sales, or brand awareness.
    • Monitor and optimize campaign performance, including targeting, bidding, ad copy, and creative.
    • Conduct A/B testing for social media ads to determine the best-performing creative and messaging.
  5. Analytics & Reporting:

    • Track and measure the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Hootsuite, etc.).
    • Provide regular reports on key metrics, including engagement, reach, conversions, and return on investment (ROI).
    • Use data to optimize future campaigns and content strategies.
  6. Brand Awareness & Growth:

    • Increase brand awareness and drive traffic to the company website or landing pages through social media channels.
    • Promote and share blog content, product launches, events, or special offers to expand the brand’s reach.
    • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to stay ahead of the curve and identify new opportunities.
  7. Collaboration:

    • Work closely with other marketing teams (SEO, Content, Email, PR) to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies.
    • Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure consistent messaging and customer satisfaction.
    • Participate in brainstorming sessions for content ideas, promotions, and campaigns.
