We are seeking a dedicated TIBCO Support Specialist to provide 24/7 on-call support for our TIBCO environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with TIBCO products, including TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks, and be skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to TIBCO integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 24/7 on-call support for TIBCO products.Monitor and manage TIBCO integration applications.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to TIBCO products.Ensure SLAs are met for different priority levels of issues.Perform regular maintenance and upgrades of TIBCO products.Log incidents and resolutions accurately.
Required Skills and Experience:
Proficient in TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks 5.14.0 hotfix 13.Experience with TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks Plug-in for REST and JSON v2.1.0 hotfix 11.Familiarity with TIBCO Runtime Agent 5.11.2 and TIBCO Administrator 5.11.2.Understanding of integration protocols such as MQ (with JNDI), HTTP, and FTP.Experience in troubleshooting performance, connectivity, and configuration issues.Strong documentation skills to maintain records of incidents and resolutions.Ability to work in shifts to cover 24/7 support and handle on-call duties.
Preferred Qualifications:Relevant certifications in TIBCO technologies.Previous experience in a support role for TIBCO products.
