We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (PM) to lead and oversee projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and monitor projects from start to finish.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and business goals.
- Track project performance using appropriate tools and methodologies.
- Communicate project updates, progress, and issues with stakeholders.
- Manage client expectations and maintain strong relationships.
- Continuously optimize processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in project management (IT, software, or related fields preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
Nice to Have:
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification
- Experience in software development, UI/UX, or digital marketing projects
- Familiarity with basic financial forecasting and budgeting
