We are seeking a dynamic and driven Inbound Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to inbound inquiries from potential customers, building relationships, and converting those leads into sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a passion for meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle Inbound Inquiries: Respond to inbound emails, and chat inquiries from prospective customers, addressing their needs, answering questions, and guiding them through product or service offerings.
  • Sales Conversion: Qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and interest, and work to convert them into paying customers. Upsell or cross-sell additional products or services as appropriate.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with inbound prospects to foster trust and encourage repeat business.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products or services to accurately present features, benefits, and value propositions to potential customers.
  • Lead Nurturing: Follow up with inbound leads that may require additional nurturing to close the sale, including sending product information, quotes, or additional resources.
  • CRM and Data Entry: Accurately log all customer interactions, leads, and sales in the CRM system and keep detailed records of customer communications and outcomes.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), such as conversion rate, and revenue generation.
  • Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with other sales team members and departments (marketing, customer support) to ensure the best possible customer experience and optimize the sales process.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions to improve sales skills, product knowledge, and customer handling techniques.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in inbound sales, customer service, or a similar role is preferred. Experience with sales or customer service platforms (Many chats, Google crm) is a plus.

Skills:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Active listening skills and an empathetic approach to customer inquiries.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a focus on meeting sales goals.
  • Time management skills with the ability to handle multiple inbound inquiries simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  • Education: O/A Level will be preffered for this job
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM software.
