• Inbound Support: Answer inbound calls from customers and provide assistance based on Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Outbound Calls: Complete assigned outbound calls and follow up using internal systems as per SOP.
  • Backend Duties: Perform backend duties as assigned.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Take on other responsibilities as directed by the manager or team leader.

Job Qualifications:

1. Language Ability:

  • Fluency in English: Must possess professional speaking, listening, and writing skills.
  • Speech: Moderate speed with light or no discernible accent.
  • Multilingual: Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

2. Experience:

  • Call Center Background: Previous experience preferred.
  • Sector Experience: Background in sales, customer service, and particularly the telecom industry.
  • Customer Handling: Experience with overseas customers from Canada/USA is highly desirable.

3. Time Flexibility:

  • Shifts: Ability to work rotational shifts.
  • Availability: Willingness to work on weekends and holidays.
  • Schedule: Availability for varied shift timings (Pakistan Time: 15:00-02:00 and 12:00-09:00).

4. Computer Skills:

  • Software Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office and Google documents.
  • Technical Familiarity: Knowledge of instant messaging applications and internal operating systems.
  • Training: Training on specific software and systems will be provided.

5. Education:

Qualifications: A college diploma or higher is required.
