Financial Analyst

Topline Securities is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in a Brokerage Firm or Asset Management Company, with a solid understanding of the rules and regulations of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX). In this role, you will analyze financial data, prepare comprehensive financial reports, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards to support strategic decision-making. This position requires a proactive approach and an analytical mindset to contribute to the financial growth and integrity of our organization.
Responsibilities

Analyze complex financial data and conduct thorough financial modeling to support investment decisions.
Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for management and stakeholders, highlighting key insights and trends.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards related to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), including adherence to laws and reporting requirements.
Monitor and evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies that drive profitability and efficiency.
Assess market trends and economic conditions to make informed recommendations regarding financial strategies and investments.
Utilize MS Excel and financial modeling tools to create accurate financial analyses and projections.
Contribute to the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and financial plans.
Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders, utilizing excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations, economic developments, and financial best practices to inform analysis.
