Manager HR

We are looking for a Manager HR, responsible for overseeing the HR functions within the organization. This includes talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training & development.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Manage daily administrative tasks and ensure efficient office operations.
Handle employee relations, including addressing concerns, maintaining morale, and fostering teamwork.
Oversee recruitment processes to hire talented professionals and build a strong workforce.
Coordinate with various departments to streamline workflows and ensure timely task completion.
Develop and implement policies to enhance operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
Support management in planning and executing business strategies for growth.
Monitor and address any operational challenges proactively.

Requirements:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate employees.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in recruitment, HR management, or similar roles is a plus.
A problem-solving mindset with the ability to make sound decisions.
Enthusiastic, driven, and capable of handling dynamic workplace challenges.
