Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily dispatch of customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Coordinate with shipping partners and update tracking details for customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and financial transactions.
  • Reconcile accounts and ensure all payments are recorded correctly.
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to handle order-related queries and resolve any issues.
  • Support stock management.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in operations, logistics, or accounting (experience in e-commerce is a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Intemediate to advanced knowledge of accounting software or tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel).
  • Eagerness to learn new processes and take initiative.
  • Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • A problem-solving mindset and a proactive attitude towards process improvements.
