Channel Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners.
  • Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand the network.
  • Ensure all partners are aligned with company policies, sales strategies, and goals.

Sales Support

  • Monitor and support channel partners in achieving sales targets.
  • Provide regular training, guidance, and updates to partners on products and services.
  • Address and resolve partner concerns or issues in a timely manner.

Performance Tracking

  • Track and analyze the performance of channel partners using KPIs and sales metrics.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to the management team.
  • Recommend strategies to improve channel performance and identify new opportunities.

Market Insights and Feedback

  • Gather market intelligence, competitor analysis, and customer feedback through channel partners.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to adapt strategies based on market trends.

Operational Coordination

  • Ensure proper implementation of sales processes and compliance with company standards.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to address supply, logistics, and operational needs of partners.

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
