Job Responsibilities:

1. Sales Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Track SI (Sales In), ST (Sales Through), and SO (Sales Out) activities across the region to ensure accurate sales flow and performance.
  • Analyse sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for growth.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Engage with key clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for customers within the region, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction.

3. Demand Forecasting:

  • Regularly gather customer feedback and market insights to anticipate demand and optimize stock levels.
  • Collaborate with the sales and supply chain teams to ensure timely product availability.

4. Sales Performance Oversight:

  • Monitor and control the performance of distributors, retailers, and installers within the region.
  • Develop strategies to drive sales growth and improve market share.

5. Team Coordination and Support:

  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, after-sales, and technical support, to align on regional goals.
  • Provide training and guidance to enhance the capabilities of local sales partners and installers.

Package: 250k (Negotiable)

 Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Experience: 3+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably in energy, and technology.

  • Willingness to travel as required.
