We are seeking a dynamic and experienced International Travel Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and booking travel arrangements for clients from around the world. You must be adept at working with diverse cultures, time zones, and preferences while delivering outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable about global destinations, visa requirements, and travel regulations, and can seamlessly coordinate flights, accommodations, tours, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients from various countries with planning and booking customized travel itineraries.
Provide expert advice on international destinations, travel logistics, and local regulations.
Coordinate air travel, hotel accommodations, car rentals, and tours across different time zones.
Manage visa applications, travel insurance, and necessary documentation.
Handle changes, cancellations, and emergency travel needs with professionalism and efficiency.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
Stay updated with international travel trends, airline policies, and geopolitical developments.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a travel agent or in a customer-facing travel role.
In-depth knowledge of international destinations and travel procedures.
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
Ability to work with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Familiarity with GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, etc.) and booking platforms.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Availability to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones
