Job Summary:

We are seeking motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents.

As a Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You will provide excellent customer service, address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer chats in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and inquiries.
  • Address customer concerns, resolve complaints, and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Utilize company systems and tools to accurately record customer interactions and update customer information.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets, including chat quality and average handling time.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.
  • Strive for continuous improvement by actively participating in training and coaching sessions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong proficiency in writing skills with a focus on grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of chats while maintaining a professional and composed behaviour.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays in accordance with US-based timings.
  • Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to assist customers.
