Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct proactive outbound calls to a targeted list of potential clients.
  • Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their business.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to refine call scripts, objection-handling strategies, and sales approaches for continuous improvement.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, demonstrating a consistent track record of successful sales closures.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in outbound cold calling and B2B sales, preferably in marketing, advertising, or related industry.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills, with a history of successfully overcoming objections and closing sales.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts is a plus.
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
  • Attractive commission structure for achieved sales targets.
