Key Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of biomedical equipment.
- Conduct preventive maintenance checks and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Provide technical support to customers and assist with equipment training.
- Do sales tasks by offering product knowledge, technical demonstrations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment at customer sites.
- Maintain accurate office records and reports.
Requirements:
- Diploma (DAE) in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics.
- Experience in servicing biomedical equipment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of medical devices and technical troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license (if travel is required).
