We are seeking a passionate Project Coordinator (Software Development) to become a key player in our innovative team!
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones.
- Work with Project Managers to define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
- Help in the allocation of resources and coordination of team members.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and deliverables.
- Support day-to-day project tasks, including tracking progress, updating project documentation, and preparing status reports.
- Assist in managing project risks and issues, identifying solutions, and escalating when necessary.
- Maintain clear and regular communication with internal teams, stakeholders, and clients.
- Prepare and share project status reports, meeting minutes, and relevant documentation.
- Organize and schedule meetings, including project kick-offs, team check-ins, and client updates.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
- Coordinate project testing phases and ensure documentation and feedback are incorporated.
- Identify opportunities for improving project management processes and methodologies.
- Contribute to lessons learned and post-project analysis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination or management and 1 year of experience as a developer, preferably in the IT industry.
- Familiarity with project management tools i.e. JIRA
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of budgeting and financial tracking.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- A Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM) is a plus but not mandatory.
