Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential customers through market research and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, focusing on customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with our operations team to ensure the successful execution of transportation services.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers to secure new business.

Qualifications:
- 1+ year experience in the trucking or logistics industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for sales.
- Familiarity with industry software and tools (e.g., TMS, CRM) is a plus.
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance is a plus.
