  • Provide product information, troubleshooting assistance, and resolution of customer issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate channels.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in Call Centre preferred.
