- Responsible for efficiently sourcing, negotiating, and procuring high-quality goods and services in line with the company's procurement policies and procedures.
- Reviewing, comparing and analyzing products and services to be purchased.
- Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
- Communicate with vendors to ensure that the product arrives in a timely fashion.
- Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
- Generate regular reports for management, providing insights into procurement activities and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Audit, finance and operations, and quality assurance, to understand their procurement needs.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of procurement activities.
- Test quality of products based on procurement requirements and quality assurance standards.
- Work with Sales and Finance departments to support payment processes to sellers.
