Travel Consultant

As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for creating unique travel experiences for our clients by providing expert advice, booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring each trip is perfectly tailored to their desires.

Key Responsibilities:

Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and budgets
Design and organize customized travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, transportation, and activities
Provide expert advice on destinations, visas, travel insurance, and other travel-related matters
Handle travel bookings, changes, and cancellations while ensuring smooth coordination and communication
Stay up-to-date with travel trends, safety regulations, and destination news
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals
Resolve any travel-related issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar role within the travel industry
In-depth knowledge of travel software (e.g., GDS systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients simultaneously
Passion for travel and a desire to stay informed about popular destinations and trends
Ability to speak multiple languages (preferred, but not required)
