Responsibilities:
- Advertise products on different social media platforms.
- Provide chat support for social media marketing ads.
- Promptly respond to inquiries generated from chat messages related to ads.
- Guide potential clients through the sales process via chat.
- Maintain records of chat interactions and ad performance.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets.
Qualifications:
- Basic computer skills.
- Typing speed of minimum 50 words or per minute.
- Intermediate-level proficiency in English.
- Sales-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Previous chat support or ad management experience is a plus.
Timings:First Shift: 12pm - 08pm
Second Shift: 08pm - 04amCandidates must ensure feasibility in rotational shifts instead of 1 shift only.
Salary Package: Commission Based + 20,000Pkr Basic

We’ve been outsourced by them to look after all their products marketing, sales, orders, deliveries and after sales services. We advertise all their products on different platforms, with same appearance as if we are based in Uk, generate sales, forward customer details (address,contact etc.) along with the required product and forward it to the manufacturer. They’ll get the product ready and deliver at customers doorstep with COD.
