We are seeking a highly organized and efficient remote-based writer to manage our LinkedIn account and support job application outreach efforts. This flexible role requires excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage large volumes of engagement and applications in industries such as Climate, Startups, and Video Content Creation. Applicants must be proficient in utilizing ChatGPT and other platforms to enhance their content creation. However, it's essential that they also bring their unique voice and perspective to their work. 

Key Responsibilities

LinkedIn Account Management & Posting Calendar

  • Content Calendar Creation & Posting: Develop and manage posts aligned with themes like climate, startups, and media strategy to engage our network and support professional goals.

  • Connection Building & Engagement: Research and identify relevant professionals, recruiters, and decision-makers. Send personalized connection requests to build meaningful relationships. Engage with network posts by liking, commenting, and following industry leaders to increase visibility.

  • Follow-ups and Scheduling Meetings: Send follow-up messages to continue conversations about job roles, collaborations, or networking. Manage LinkedIn messages to schedule meetings using tools like Google Calendar.

  • Networking Strategy: Craft proactive outreach messages for new contacts. Track analytics and performance to adjust the LinkedIn strategy as needed.

Job Application Assistance (120 Applications per Month)

  • Research Opportunities: Identify relevant job postings in media production, content creation, or climate startups.

  • Customize Application Documents: Use a pre-set format for resumes and cover letters, with one paragraph tailored to each job.

  • Submit Applications: Submit up to 120 job applications monthly through various platforms.

  • Follow-up: Regularly follow up with recruiters and manage interview scheduling.

Company & Startup Research and Outreach (100 Companies per Month)

  • Research Companies: Identify 100 companies or startups monthly that align with the resume.

  • Personalized Outreach: Draft and send outreach messages, customizing them for each company and recruiters. 

  • Track and Follow-up: Keep track of outreach efforts, ensuring timely follow-up with decision-makers.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong Writing and Editing Skills: Proficient in crafting clear and professional communication tailored to diverse audiences.

  • Experience with LinkedIn Strategies: Knowledgeable in leveraging LinkedIn for engagement and network growth, including creating effective content and optimizing profiles.

  • Excellent Research Abilities: Skilled in identifying and analyzing relevant opportunities and companies to enhance outreach and engagement efforts.

  • Organizational Skills: Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently, and prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines.

  • Strong Follow-Up and Communication Abilities: Adept at nurturing connections, maintaining relationships, and scheduling meetings to foster collaboration.

Tools & Systems

  • Tracking Tools: Experience with Google Sheets or CRM tools to efficiently track job applications and outreach efforts.

  • Automation Tools: Familiarity with LinkedIn automation tools is a plus (optional), as well as tools like Taplio for streamlining engagement and content management.

Position Details

  • Work Environment: Remote-based position with flexible hours (6-7 hours per day).

  • Independence: Opportunity to work independently while effectively managing tasks and responsibilities.

  • Experience Requirements: Minimum of two years of relevant experience.

  • Educational Requirements: Applicants must have a minimum of a bachelor's degree from a reputable university, with a master's degree preferred.

  • Salary Range: PKR60,000 - PKR 80,000, with potential increases based on performance.
