We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Chat Support Executive to join our team at UI Trax Pvt Ltd. As a Chat Support Executive, you will be responsible for interacting with customers in real time via chat, resolving their queries, and providing exceptional support. This role demands excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through live chat in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customer queries.
- Resolve customer complaints, offer appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Work closely with other departments (such as technical support or sales) to solve complex issues.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and document support processes.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and offer quick responses based on that knowledge.
