EXPERIENCE: 1 YEAR+
Responsibilities:
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, quality assurance, and GMP compliance.
Supervise Manufacturing & filling operations to achieve the production plan on time
Ensure Maximum utilization of resources for delivery of quality products and to improve KPIs.
Complete documentary formalities of production orders, etc.
Technical Skills
Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP): Strong understanding of GMP regulations and implementation.
Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Processes: Solid knowledge of formulation, compounding, mixing, granulation, coating, and packaging.
Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC): Ability to monitor product standards and implement quality procedures.
Process Validation & Documentation: Familiarity with batch manufacturing records (BMR), standard operating procedures (SOPs), and validation protocols.
Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge
Compliance with DRAP, ISO, and other relevant authorities.
Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations in pharmaceutical settings.
Communication & Coordination
Ability to communicate effectively with QA, QC, warehouse, and maintenance teams.
Good reporting and documentation skills.
Computer Literacy
Familiarity with ERP systems or production management software.
Basic proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
