We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Accounts Assistant.
Responsibilities:
- Implementation of Accounting Software.
- Sales tax invoicing, Ledger keeping, Inventory keeping, Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies.
- Create and update expense reports.
- Process reimbursement forms.
- Prepare bank deposits.
- Enter financial transactions into internal databases.
- Check spreadsheets for accuracy.
- Maintain digital and physical financial records.
- Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed.
- Review and file payroll documents.
- Participate in quarterly and annual audits.
- Accounts and systems book keeping.
- Maintain Proper vouchers and their files for record including payables & receivables.
- Monthly Bank Reconciliation with Bank statement.
- Review monthly revenue and expenses
- Manage and report daily cash flows and prepare forecasting, and monitor collection activities and working capital.
- Compile monthly financial statements, monthly accounting schedules and conduct financial analysis on monthly statements.
- Prepare monthly Sales & Revenue reports.
- General ledger
- Revenue and expenditure variance analysis
- Client reconciliation
- Any other accounts related tasks assigned by the Management.
