We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Amazon / E-commerce Account Manager to oversee day-to-day marketplace operations, optimise listings, manage performance, and deliver outstanding customer service. This is a hands-on role that involves close collaboration with our UK based fulfilment team and direct customer interaction via email.

Work timings are based to match our UK operations, 9 AM to 5 PM (UK time)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain Amazon Seller Central accounts alongwith our team members.
  • Optimise product listings (titles, bullets, images, A+ content, backend keywords)
  • Plan and execute pricing updates, promotions, and inventory forecasting
  • Liaise with our warehouse/fulfilment team to:
  • Ensure orders are dispatched accurately and on time
  • Monitor stock levels
  • Investigate delivery issues, returns, or discrepancies
  • Handle customer service enquiries via email (primarily Amazon Messages):
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries
  • Resolve complaints or issues with empathy and efficiency
  • Maintain a positive brand tone in all communications
  • Manage account health and resolve any policy or compliance issues
  • Track KPIs and create performance reports to support strategy and planning

What We're Looking For

  • Good communicator in English (writing / speaking)
  • Strong written communication skills for handling customer service with professionalism and care
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Confident with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets)
  • Responsive, proactive, and solutions-oriented

Bonus Points if you have:

  • Experience handling customer service in a marketplace environment
  • Familiarity with international marketplaces (Amazon EU/US)
