Installation Services
- Install broadband and smart TV connections at customer premises.
- Set up and configure modems, routers, television lines, and other necessary equipment for internet and television services.
Troubleshooting and Fault Rectification
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to broadband, smart TV, and telephone lines.
- Perform on-site troubleshooting for connection and service faults.
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of service disruptions and technical issues.
Customer Interaction
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns during installations and service calls.
