Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prompt handling of all phone calls and emails in a professional manner and in accordance with the established guidelines
- Engage with customers in issues/discrepancies/complaints escalation and resolution
- Ensure compliance and process audits
- Actively involved in problem-solving and proposing improvements to processes
- Guide customers about products and services
- Provide new customer leads to the sales department received via calls or email.
- Proactive follow-up of import & export (end-to-end services).
- Creation of airway bills (Export and Import).
- Other ad-hoc duties as and when required
- Daily Courtesy call to the customer
- Email to be responded to within 30 minutes of receipt.
- Daily consolidated update on the shipment’s status to be shared with the customer
- Tracers & claims to be attended on priority with a tag to Finance
- Airway bills and pick up to be done on priority with a tag to OPS
- Weekly update in the form of a report to be shared with customers, which will have shipment status and claims
