We are looking for a highly skilled Typist with an exceptional command of both English and Urdu. The ideal candidate will have a strong typing speed and the ability to accurately draft professional letters, documents, and correspondence in both languages. A hands-on command of Urdu—especially in typing, proofreading, and drafting—is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Urdu Typing & Document Creation:

Type documents, letters, and reports in both English and Urdu with high speed and accuracy.
Demonstrate strong hands-on proficiency with Urdu typing tools (e.g., InPage, Google Input Tools), including the ability to type in print and cursive script.
Ensure all Urdu content is typed correctly with proper spelling, grammar, punctuation, and script.

Letter Drafting in Urdu & English:

Draft professional and formal letters, memos, and other types of correspondence in both Urdu and English, adhering to appropriate tone and format.
For Urdu letters, ensure that the content maintains the formalities and structure required for professional communication, and is culturally appropriate and clear.
Maintain consistency in style, ensuring that all drafted letters meet organizational standards.

Proofreading & Editing:

Carefully proofread both English and Urdu documents for any spelling, grammatical, or formatting errors before submission.
Review Urdu content for correct use of script, punctuation, and cultural nuances to ensure it reads professionally and fluently.

Maintain Typing Speed & Accuracy:

Achieve and maintain a high typing speed (minimum of [60] words per minute) with a focus on Urdu.
Ensure error-free typing and document creation, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience drafting letters and documents in both Urdu
Experience with formal Urdu communication, especially in business or professional contexts.
