You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns, ensuring that our web properties are optimized for performance, and leveraging data-driven insights to enhance our overall digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Website and Landing Page Development:

    • Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites and landing pages.
    • Implement A/B testing and optimize web pages to improve conversion rates.
    • Integrate SEO best practices into web development to enhance organic search visibility.
  • Digital Marketing Automation:

    • Manage and optimize marketing automation workflows, including email campaigns and lead nurturing strategies.
    • Integrate CRM systems with marketing platforms to ensure seamless data flow.
    • Develop personalized and targeted email marketing campaigns.
  • Analytics and Data Management:

    • Set up and manage web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to track and report on digital marketing performance.
    • Create and maintain dashboards to provide insights into campaign effectiveness and ROI.
    • Combine data from multiple sources to develop comprehensive performance reports.
  • Technical SEO:

    • Conduct technical SEO audits and implement strategies to improve site health and search engine rankings.
    • Optimize site speed, implement structured data, and ensure best practices for SEO are followed.
    • Monitor and analyze website performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Paid Advertising (PPC):

    • Develop, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
    • Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.
    • Set up and maintain conversion tracking to accurately measure ad effectiveness.
  • Collaboration and Communication:

    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product, and design, to align digital strategies with business goals.
    • Coordinate with external vendors and partners to execute digital marketing initiatives.
    • Present performance reports and insights to stakeholders, making recommendations for improvements.
  • Security and Compliance:

    • Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
    • Implement security best practices to safeguard digital assets and customer data.
  • Continuous Learning and Innovation:

    • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
    • Propose and implement innovative solutions to enhance the effectiveness of our digital marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in digital marketing, web development, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development languages.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media strategies.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with analytics and data visualization tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
