Responsibilities
- Identify and bid on suitable Upwork projects that align with our services and capabilities.
- Write effective proposals that showcase our expertise and experience.
- Communicate with clients and provide them with the necessary information to make an informed decision.
- Negotiate project terms and pricing to ensure a win-win outcome for both parties.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with our team to understand our capabilities and tailor proposals to match the requirements of each project.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of market trends and customer needs to inform bidding strategies.
- Actively involve in training and development activities of new hires and trainees.
- Other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
- 1-2 years of experience in business development, with a focus on Upwork or similar freelance platforms.
- Ability to understand technical project requirements and match them with company capabilities.
- Strong written and verbal skills for proposal writing and client communication.
- Ability to build relationships and ensure client satisfaction for repeat business.
- Work with internal teams to align bids with project scope and capabilities.
- Skilled in negotiating project terms and pricing for win-win outcomes.
