As a Technical Support Advisor, you will deliver technical support across IT systems, including application-related issues, while maintaining effective communication with clients. You will troubleshoot problems, assist users, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure systems run smoothly. Strong English communication skills and empathetic attitude are essential for supporting New Zealand-based clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide real-time IT support, including application-related support, for clients in New Zealand.
  • Communicate technical solutions clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical users via email, phone, text and video chat.
  • Assist with user training and guide clients through application functionalities and IT-related queries.
  • Monitor system and application performance, proactively addressing potential issues.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of issues, solutions, and user guides.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Participate in after-hours on-call support rotations to align with New Zealand time zones.
  • Manage support tickets on our IT ticketing system. 
  • Understanding of SQL Server and ReactJS is desireable
