You will be a key player in fostering strong client relationships and expanding our customer base. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage potential clients, understand their dispatch needs, and effectively present our tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement: Actively identify and reach out to potential clients who could benefit from our dispatch services through various channels, including cold calls, emails, and networking.

Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments and discussions with potential clients to understand their dispatch requirements, challenges and pain points.

Solution Presentation: Develop and present customized dispatch solutions that align with clients\\' needs, effectively communicating the benefits and value proposition of our services.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact and addressing inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in dispatch services to provide informed recommendations and insights to clients.

Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients, ensuring smooth transitions and effective implementation of services.

Requirements:

Experience: Previous experience in a sales, business development, or client-facing role within the logistics or dispatch services industry is preferred. Fresher may also apply

Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex information and solutions to clients.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to understand client needs, identify opportunities, and offer tailored solutions.

Relationship Management: Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, driving customer satisfaction and retention.

Sales Acumen: Adept at sales processes, negotiation, and closing deals while meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with dispatch services, logistics, and related technologies is advantageous.

Goal-oriented: Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
