Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles within the company.
    • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Employee Relations:

    • Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving workplace conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
    • Serve as a point of contact for employees on HR-related issues, providing guidance and support.
  • Performance Management:

    • Develop and manage performance appraisal systems to ensure employee performance aligns with company goals.
    • Work with managers to set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback and development opportunities for employees.
  • HR Policies and Compliance:

    • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in accordance with current labor laws and company objectives.
    • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
  • Training and Development:

    • Identify training needs and organize relevant training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and professional development.
    • Support career development plans for employees, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Compensation and Benefits:

    • Oversee the administration of employee compensation, benefits, and payroll in collaboration with the finance team.
    • Conduct regular reviews of compensation structures to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
  • HR Analytics and Reporting:

    • Maintain HR metrics and generate reports on key HR activities, such as employee turnover, recruitment efficiency, and training outcomes.
    • Use data-driven insights to inform HR strategies and improve organizational performance.
  • Employee Engagement and Retention:

    • Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction and retention.
    • Organize company events, team-building activities, and recognition programs to promote a positive workplace culture.
