Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of five cyber security professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement in security practices.
Develop, implement, and manage security compliance policies that meet organizational and regulatory requirements, facilitating a secure computing environment.
Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and ensure adherence to established security standards.
Monitor network traffic and system logs to detect potential threats and respond promptly to security incidents.
Collaborate with IT and development teams to incorporate security best practices into project lifecycles and ensure that new systems are secure from inception.
Train and mentor team members on the latest cyber security trends, tools, and techniques to enhance their skills and awareness.
Stay updated with current cyber security developments and emerging threats, proactively adapting security measures to mitigate risks.
Prepare and present detailed reports on security status, incidents, and recommended improvements to senior management.
Facilitate awareness programs for all employees to promote a culture of security mindfulness across the organization.
Engage with external agencies and vendors to ensure that security measures are aligned with industry standards and facilitate incident response efforts when necessary.
