This is a full-time, on-site role located in Islamabad for female office coordinator/admin. The office coordinator/admin will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of the office, ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently.

  • Key responsibilities include managing incoming phone calls, scheduling and coordinating meetings, handling incoming and outgoing mail, ordering office supplies, and ensuring that the office is clean and organized.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Previous experience as an Office Coordinator, Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, or similar role (3-6 moths)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other office management software
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Must be well-dressed
