We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled HR & Recruitment Manager to join immediately our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in human resources management within the software industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership abilities and a deep understanding of HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure the hiring of qualified candidates, including technical resources.
  • Oversee job postings and manage the recruitment pipeline for technical positions.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Management reports and provides decision support through HR metrics.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven working experience as an HR Manager.
  • People-oriented and results-driven.
  • Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the software or technology industry.
  • Any professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CIPD) will be given preference.

Working Hours:

  • On-site position with working hours from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
