The person must have the following key specifications:
1. Proficiency in communication especially in Arabic language.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication to assist customers through various online channels.
3. Capability to understand the products or services being offered to effectively address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
4. Comfortable using online platforms, e-commerce systems, and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
5. Ability to analyze customer issues and provide timely, effective solutions.
6. Manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining quality service.
7. Ability to adapt to changes in products, services, or procedures, and stay updated on industry trends.
8. Efficiently handle tasks and prioritize workload to meet customer needs and organizational goals.
9. Ability to identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities to boost revenue.
10. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
11. Ability to work collaboratively with other team members, sales teams, and other departments as needed.
Experience: At least 2 Years or more of online customer service experience. The footwear customer online services experience will be preferred but not necessary.
